‘세계로 TV’ 김원기 대표가 지난 2월 9일 대한민국 국회 헌정기념관 대강당에서 열린 ‘2015 대한민국 의정 대상 & 인물대상’ 시상식에서 금융경제인 부문 대상을 수상했다. 연합매일신문이 주최한 이번 시상식은 대한민국 각 분야에서 탁월한 리더십을 발휘해 국가 발전에 이바지한 인물을 선정했다. 김 대표는 이 날 심상정 정의당 원내대표, 문정림 새누리당 원내 부대표 등을 포함한 40여 명의 수상자와 함께 자리를 빛냈다.
