제2회 국제전기자동차엑스포 개막
제2회 국제전기자동차엑스포가 제주국제컨벤션센터에서 지난 달 6일  공식 개막식을 시작으로 15일까지 10일간의 국제전기자동차엑스포가 진행됐다. 산업통상자원부, 환경부, 국회신재생에너지정책연구포럼, 제주특별자치도가 공동 주최하며, 제주광역경제권 선도산업 육성사업의 일환으로 국제전기자동차엑스포조직위원회 주관으로 진행됐다. 알버트 람 Detroit Electric CEO가 'EV-Integrated Mobility and Energy Solution'을 주제로, 문국현 한솔섬유 대표 사장이 ‘Urgent Collaboration on Climate Change : The Role of IEVE’를 주제로 기조연설 했다. 이번 제2회 엑스포에는 기아, 닛산, 르노삼성, BMW, 한국GM, BYD, 위나동방코리아, Detroit Electric, 한국화이바, 자일대우, 상하이모터스, 우진산전, 동원올레브, 파워프라자의 전기승용차, 전기버스, 전기택시, 전기화물차 등 상용차 업체가 참여했다.

그 외 현대자동차, LG 등이 차세대 개발 전기차, 배터리, 충전기 등 전기차 관련 제품 전시 등에 나서 지난 1회 엑스포 규모보다 2배 늘어난 73개 업체․279개 전시부스가 참여하여 세계 전기차 시장을 한 눈에 볼 수 있는 자리가 마련되었다. 한편, 전기자동차 시승체험과 함께 전기자전거 시승회, 어린이들이 체험할 수 있는 어린이 미니전기차 체험과 사생대회, 조립자동차 완구 만들기, 전기자동차 컨셉 디자인 공모전 등 다양한 연령층이 참여할 수 있는 부대행사와 함께 관람객들이 취향에 맞춘 선택투어도 이루어 졌다. 김대환 조직위원장은 “이번 엑스포가 녹색성장 교육의 산실이 되고, 바람으로 달리는 제주의 전기자동차 산업이 발전되길 기대한다며 최선을 다해 준비한 엑스포에 많은 도민과 관광객들이 방문하여 전기자동차 축제를 함께 즐기시길 바란다”고 말했다. 

제주특별자치도 3대 전략과제 9개 실행계획 추진키로
제주특별자치도는 활력이 넘치고, 자긍심을 가지고 일 할 수 있도록 즐겁고 행복한 직장분위기 조성 계획을 수립했다고 밝혔다. 이를 위해 일과 가정의 양립을 위한 시책 및 창의적인 공직 마인드 함양을 위한 시책을 중심으로 직원 복무관리, 사기진작, 친절 및 직장 교육분야 등 3대 전략과제 9개 실행계획을 추진 해 나갈 계획이라고 밝혔다. 직원들이 신명나게 일할 수 있는 근무환경 조성에 따른 세부 실행계획 주요내용을 보면 직원 복무관리 측면에서는 현재 매주 수요일을 「가정의 날」로 지정하여 주1회 운영하던 것을 금요일도 추가로 지정하여 주 2회 「가정의 날」을 확대 운영 할 계획이다. 그리고, 하반기(여름휴가철)에 집중된 휴가를 분기별로 분산 사용토록 하고, “국외․도외 출장시에는 연가를 연계하여 사용” 토록 권장하고, 20년 이상 재직하는 공무원에게 특별휴가를 부여하는 제도 도입도 검토하고 있다. 또한, 불필요한 대기성 근무를 근절시키기 위하여 간부공무원부터 주말․공휴일 출근을 억제하고 업무시간 내 집중근무로 과도한 초과근무를 억제 해 나갈 계획이다. 공직자로서 자긍심을 가지고 일할 수 있고 육아 부담도 덜어주기 위하여 운영하는 직장 어린이집도 지난해 시설확충을 하여 보육정원 36명을 증원하였으며, 직장 동료간 유대감 형성․봉사활동 등을 하는 직장 동호회를 활성화 하고, 맞춤형 복지 지원부분에서도 적용대상을 시간선택제 공무원, 실무수습․견습직원까지 확대 운영해 나가면서 다자녀 가족 공무원들의 사기진작을 위하여 맞춤형 복지 포인트를 확대 적용할 계획이다. 제주특별자치도는 새로운 성장, 더 큰 제주을 만들기 위해 공직자부터 친절하고, 청렴하고, 즐겁고 행복하게 근무할 수 있어야 한다“며, 앞으로도 지속적으로 행복한 직장 만들기 시책을 발굴하여 추진해 나갈 계획이다.

The 2nd International Electric Vehicle Expo opens
The 2nd International Electric Vehicle Expo was held between 6 to 15 March at Jeju International Convention Center. The expo was hosted by the Minister of Trade, Industry & Energy, the Ministry of Environment, National Assembly New Energy Policy Research Forum and Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, and it was sponsored by International Electric Vehicle Committee as part of promoting regional industry. Albert Lam of Detroit Electric CEO presented a keynote address with the subject 'EV-Integrated Mobility and Energy Solution' followed by Kookhyeon Moon of Hansoll Textile CEO with the subject ‘Urgent Collaboration on Climate Change : The Role of IEVE’. The expo was participated by Kia, Nissan, Renault Samsung, BMW, Korea GM, BYD, Wina Eastern Korea, Detroit Electric, Korea Fiber Group, Zyle Daewoo, Shanghai Motors, Woojin Industrial Systems, Dongwon, Power Plaza's Electric Vehicles, Electric Bus, Electric Taxi and Electric Truck. Hyundai and LG displayed electric vehicles and related products and 279 booths from 73 companies, which was double the amount of last year, were installed in the expo. A variety of events also took place including test ride of electric cars, mini electric vehicle test ride for children, drawing contest, car assembly contest, car design contest and tour. The Head of Expo Committee Daehwan Kim said "we expect that the expo will encourage green growth education and boost up the electric vehicle industry in Jeju. We are looking forward to seeing more people at the expo to experience the future of automobiles."

Pushing forward 9 implementation plans of 3 tasks
Jeju Special Self-Governing Province announced that they established Good Workplace Promotion Project. They introduced 9 implementation plans of 3 tasks for the project including 'balance between work and family', 'fostering creative thinking', 'staff welfare management', 'morale support activities' and 'etiquette lessons'. The detailed plans include 'appointing Wednesday and Friday as Family Day', 'quarterly holiday', 'business trip as holiday', 'special holiday for those who worked more than 20 years' and '5 day work week'. Meanwhile, they already expanded nursery facilities and hired 36 more specialists to run the related programmes efficiently so that their staff can concentrate on the work while in duty. Apart from above mentioned plans, they are also planning to support club activities to raise the team's morale and fellowship and to expand customized welfare point programme to part time and interns. The province said that it is important to build good work place through systematic programmes and they will keep trying their best to introduce innovative programmes.
