LoveCruise is receiving a good feedback from their customers with their professionalism and know-how in the field. Byeon says "we've made 2015 as the year of our second spring and are focusing on PR and sales." For this, Byeon is working hard to secure specialists and to promote online sales. 

Chinese branch to be open soon
This year, Byeon is planning to expand the market to the main stream society in the US and to open a branch in China which is rising as the center of world economy. When asked about his motivation to start the business, Byeon said "I had a chance to cruise with singer Janghee Lee 12 years ago and it was unforgettable." After that, he convinced himself that he would succeed in cruise business if he could popularize it. By that time, Byeon was running the 'travel tip program' at Radio Korea the largest media group owned by the singer, and Byeon and Radio Korea together launched promotion of cruise travel more than 100 times and through this Byeon accumulated experience and eventually became the top in the industry. LoveCruise has a 11 years of know-how, well experienced staff, and offers products at a reasonable price, and are being actively supported by cruise ships through continuous cooperations. He is also carrying outbound and whole sale businesses alongside cruise. Byeon says "we are building a new market with differentiated concept such as unique service and reasonable price in cooperation with Crise Club USA (head office in US)." Byeon experienced many turns and twists when he set up his business in Korea due to Korean's tendency to form school relations or kinship unlike US where you can do well if you have skill and competitiveness in price. Nevertheless, Byeon developed a cruise product when he participated in Kukmin Ilbo's Pilgrimage to the Holy Land Cruise Program from 2004 and introduced 'Pilgrimage to the Holy Land Cruise with Dr. Dongkil Park' which invited 88 cruise travellers. He and Kukmin Ilbo have been carrying out the event twice (Spring and Autumn) a year for 6 years and he received Mission Award from the newspaper in 2013 and 2014.

This Spring, Byeond and Kukmin Ilbo introduced Puritan Pilgrim's Cruise in the Eastern States and Pilgrim's Cruise for the Reformation spots. Byeon also signed a MOU with Joongang Ilbo, Donga Ilbo and Kbcard for business cooperation. Byeon has done 12 times with Joongang Ilbo starting from June 2012. He, with his more than 10 year experienced cruise specialists, released various cruise products including 'package honeymoon', 'free travel', and 'themed travel'. Cruise is particularly well received from honeymooners, those who turn into 70, reward vacation for excellent staff, graduation celebration (30th or 40th), circles, organizations and churches. The reason Byeon succeeded his business in Korea is because he never gave up what he wanted to do. He remembers the words his father said when he was still alive: "normal horses don't wear blindfold but racing horse do because they have to run only one way." It means that Byeon's experience from the bottom was the driving force that made him where he is now. Last January, he received '2015 Korea Small & Medium Business Award' in the customer service sector. Byeon says "it is not easy to come this far with only passion. We are still lack in recognition compared to major companies but we will achieved the top performance within 3 years in the cruise industry." When asked about an impressive episode, he said "it is most memorable that I invited 687 cruise travellers which was the biggest number." Meanwhile, Byeon has a philosophy which he can proudly say: "Customers never change, so we have to change." He always reminds himself of the words 'double check' and 'attention to detail' in order not to make any mistakes. Regarding his wish, he said "I wish to buy a cruise ship and travel around the world with my wife and change the bedroom every night." Byeon is dreaming of another leap forward by popularizing cruise.
