박근혜대통령, 2월 문화가 있는 날 맞아 창작자 융복합 공연 쇼케이스 관람

박근혜 대통령은 2월 문화가 있는 날을 맞아 창작자들과 함께 융·복합 공연을 관람하고, 글로벌 문화콘텐츠 개발에 대해 이야기를 나눴다. 이 날 행사에는 김종덕 문체부 장관, 김동호 문화융성위원장, 신용한 청년위원장을 비롯해 콘텐츠코리아랩에서 창업·창작 지원을 받은 창작자, 스타트업 기업 등 80여명이 참석했다. 이 날 문화창조융합센터에서 선보이는 공연은 밴드와 뮤지컬이 결합된 ‘도로시밴드’, 글로벌 넌버벌 퍼포먼스팀 ‘옹알스’의 개그와 음악의 융합 공연, 영상과 함께 어우러진 무용으로 장르간 경계를 넘은 융·복합 공연이다. 이번 공연 관람은 문화창조융합센터에서 창작자들이 융·복합 콘텐츠를 기획하고, 전문가들의 도움을 통해 글로벌 콘텐츠로 발돋움하도록 돕는 현장을 직접 봄으로써 문화창조융합벨트(2.11 발표)의 미래상을 제시하는 의의가 있다. 

※ ‘문화융성창조벨트’ 출범식(2.11)에서 문화융성의 강한 의지의 시작, 문화융성의 새로운 역사를 쓰는 것이며, 문화콘텐츠산업은 21세기 연금술로 문화창조융합벨트가 창의적 플랫폼으로서 역할을 하게 될 것이라고 강조했다. 

융·복합 쇼케이스 공연을 관람한 후, 연출가·제작사·투자자 등 각 분야 전문가, 창작자들과 함께 글로벌 융·복합 문화콘텐츠로의 발전에 대해 대화하는 시간을 갖었다. 박 대통령은 국민 개개인들이 가진 재능과 끼를 발휘할 수 있는 더 많은, 더 넓은 무대를 만들어 주고, 세계를 매혹시킬 융·복합 문화콘텐츠를 만들어낼 수 있도록 도울 것임을 강조했다. 
한편, 정부는 ‘문화융성’을 국정기조로 삼고, ‘문화가 있는 삶’ 실현을 위한 문화융성의 대표 브랜드정책으로 ‘문화가 있는 날’을 지정·운영하고 있다. 국민들의 생활 속 문화 향유를 위해 박 대통령은 ‘문화가 있는 날’에는 영화·공연장·전시장 등을 찾아 국민들과 함께 문화를 향유하고 있다. 젊은 창작자들과 함께 한 융·복합 공연 쇼케이스 현장 방문은 국정기조인 문화융성을 지속해 나감과 동시에 창조경제를 실현해 나가겠다는 의지를 재천명하는 의미가 있다. 

2015년 “핵심개혁과제”선정 및 역점 추진
정부는 임기 3년차를 맞아 “선택과 집중”으로 정책성과를 극대화하기 위하여 금년에 반드시 가시적 성과를 거두어야 할 24개 “핵심개혁과제”를 선정, 집중 추진해 나가기로 했다. 박근혜 대통령 주재로 열린 수석비서관회의(2.23일)에서는 24개의 핵심개혁과제에 대한 보고 및 추진방안에 대한 심도 있는 논의가 진행되었다. 이번에 선정된 “핵심개혁과제”는 경제혁신, 4대 구조개혁, 통일 준비 등 금년도 국정목표를 달성하기 위하여 추진해야 할 대표적 정책과제들로서 우리 경제·사회 전반의 체질 개선과 지속가능한 성장을 위해 한시도 늦출 수 없는 시급한 과제다. 정부는 핵심개혁과제 추진과정에서 예상되는 여러 장애요인과 이해집단간의 갈등 해결 등 성공적으로 과제를 완수하기 위하여 치밀한 추진전략과 실행계획을 수립하여 추진해 나가고, 청와대와 국무조정실에서는 추진상황을 지속 점검·지원할 계획이다. 아울러 당정청정책조정협의회 등 당정청협의체를 통하여 정책추진방향을 조율하고 추진상황도 관리해 나갈 계획이다.

Park attends creator's fusion performance showcase
President Park attended creator's fusion performance showcase on the occasion of Cultural Day of February and shared a talk with the creators about global cultural contents. The event was participated by 80 people including the Minster of Culture, Sports and Tourism Jongduk Kim, the Chairman of Presidential Committee for Cultural Enrichment Dongho Kim, the Head of Presidential Committee for Youth, the creators who were supported by Contents Korea Lab, and start-up enterprises. The performance from Cultural Creative Convergence Center included 'Dorothy Band' which was a music band combined with a musical, 'Ongals' which is a global non-verbal performance team combining comedy with music, and dance which combined dance with video images, and they dissolved the borders of genre. The meaning of this event was for the creators of the center to make fusion cultural contents to suggest the vision of Hallyu Contents Production Base (announced 11 February for enrichment of Korea's cultural contents industry). After watching the performance, Park discussed with directors, producers and investors on development of global fusion cultural contents. Park promised that she will support the industry by building a foundation so that people can express their talent freely at a global level. The government currently is running Cultural Day to encourage people to participate in cultural activities and Park herself goes to a movie, concert or exhibition on the day. Park's visit to the showcase was meaningful to show her will to implement one of keynotes of government policies (Cultural Enrichment) and to realize Creative Economy. 

Planning and implementing 'Core Reform Tasks of 2015'
The government decided to plan and implement twenty four Core Reform Tasks of 2015 to maximize their policy outcomes of the last 3 years. For this, Park held Chief Secretary Meeting on 23 last month, and presentation of 24 Core Reform Tasks and its implementation methods were discussed at the meeting. The tasks are the representative political subjects for this year's state affairs including Economic Reform, 4 Structural Reform and Preparation of Unification which are urgent matters for improving social and economic environment and sustainable growth. The government is currently carrying out meticulous promotion strategy by solving expected obstacles and conflicts between interest groups. Also, the Cabinet Office is planning to watch and support the progress of the tasks and tune up the direction of policies through a government-ruling party consultation.
