"I rather wear running shoes when going to meet clients nowadays. I can ease my tension of being a CEO when wearing the sneakers and they provide good mobility also. It's much more effective than formal attire. Some people say that sales is a tough job but it is just a job that provides benefits for the clients at the end of the day. The trust from my clients is my top priority." Jang recommends ideal products by saying "there are tax-free products, actual health cost insurance, home insurance and gold savings which you can increase your profits. Especially the store managers or companies can use the home & biz products. Regardless your income, you should have an actual cost insurance.

The tax-deductable pension savings, which you can choose according to your level of income, will be a valuable asset for your future. You are advised to have an actual cost cancer insurance as 75 year old person still can have one. If you are an office worker or is sensitive about the service charge, pay attention to a 10 year cycle tax-free savings." Jang said that the good point of insurance is that people can use it as cash when in emergency and therefore providing client-centered service is a must to be successful in the field. She quickly processes the payment procedure when her clients have an accident or illness but also prays to God for them sincerely. This was resulted in Jang achieving $15m sales of the company and to have the goal of $1m salary. Jang said "I achieved $1m yearly profits through insurance and savings.

But I reinvest all of it in the management and development of the company and clients except $5,000. I think it is meaningful to reinvest in my clients who have been with me for 10 to 30 years." 

The wisdom that comes from sharing, giving a wise choice on insurance
Jang wants to ensure internal stability instead of outward show. In that terms she regrets when her clients renew with a less profitable product. "Insurance is a long war. People tend to compare the providers over just $50 to $100 but there is saying that 'thinking it over for a long time can bring a destructive end'. It is actually for the industry professionals to choose an effective product for the client. Many people lose their profits because of the recommendations from their family members or friends or because they try to find the cheapest one available. Another problem is that the insurance companies tend to hire people more than necessary which resulted in the staff leaving within 1 or 2 years and the related clients lose their planners all of sudden.

Therefore, people need to be wise which insurance company they choose." Jang is currently active as the 13th head of alumni of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies's Management Department, an adjunct professor of the Graduate School of Business Administration, the head of The Membership Reenforcement in the 3640 region of Rotary International, and the chairman of Nonhyeon Rotary Club, and is providing various social services.

Her belief in God is her light and salt with which she could be able to have broad-mindedness in her challenging leadership. "I increase the number of members and donate scholarship in the Rotary Club. I also give scholarship to the students of my university. I want to make Hyeon & Jang Scholarship Foundation when I become more stablized as CEO. Once we are connected, it will last forever. I have a plan to add 1,000 clients within 5 years. I also will do my best to recruit talented people and train them well in order to create jobs. Power Korea wishes a bright future for Jang.
