5 golden rules to lead successful human relations
"Listen carefully to the voice of leading a better and easy life"
- Jae-kwang Kim, CEO of JK Institute for Innovation Management

Some say that if you are not born with a sliver spoon in your mouth you had better have a talent to captivate other's heart. In order to do that, it is necessary for you to keep a good relationship with others. History tells that one bad reputation can ruin your life and that is why people try hard to find ways to maintain agreeable relationships. Jae-kwang Kim, CEO of JK Institute for Innovation Management says that the success from failure is more valuable. PowerKorea has met Kim and heard about the golden rules that control human relations, suggested through his book and book concert.

Gaining wisdom while listening to the music in a book concert
The book concert 'The beautiful Time That Change Myself' was successfully held by JK Institute for Innovation Management and Daegyeong Ilbo at POSCO Hyoja Art Hall on 4 February. A book concert provides an opportunity that a writer have a time to talk with busy modern people through lectures and music in order to foster the emotion of the audience. Based on his 4 series book 'Chaning', Kim gives lectures according to the subject of each book, and the OST of 'The River Runs Through', and 'Mission' can be appreciated by Pohang Art Chamber Orchestra in the book concert. Kim majored in Computer Engineering at POSTECH, MBA at Melbourne University, and is on a DBA in Management at University of Liverpool.

He also completed Hunet MBA and a professional certificate at Stanford University. Kim is currently active as a professional management consultant who gives advice on self-management and making successful enterprise, culture and region. He worked in his majored fields such as IT & BT research institute, venture business while showing his great interests in analysing true human relations at the same time. He read thousands of books in the fields of self-development, management, philosophy, religion, literature, economy, and science. The knowledge and wisdom he gained from the reading helped him to restart from the failure when he was an entrepreneur.

He established JK Institute for Innovation Management to share the secrets of his success with other people and wrote books about the principles of the universe area in human relations. Kim pays attention to modern people who seek wisdom in their cultural life. Therefore, Kim consisted the book concert of a 10 to 15 minute lecture with a 5 minute listening to music so that he can provide a rest and recharge instead of the existing typical tedious lectures. The first section of the concert was divided into two parts of lecture and music under the theme of 'The Beautiful Time That Changes Learning and Ourselves'.

The world-first book about online education based on his experience 'Online Education, Changing The World' and the local loving self-development book 'ILovePohang, Changing the Region' were harmonized with orchestration. The second section was focused on establishing the core concept of 'The Beautiful Time That Changes Myself and Human Relations'. Kim gave a lecture about his book 'The Law, Five Absolute Laws That Controls Human Relations' and delivered his conviction which was expressed by a blueprint of sustainable success in life on the concept to change oneself. The third section was hosted by announcer Dajung Kim and she connected the writer to the audience in the atmosphere of mutual communication.

Learning the five absolute laws that changes our life through a book
Kim said he writes books based on consulting concepts about the secrets of positiveness and success rather than vocational success. He is also active as a reporter of Daegyeong Ilbo and he writes books with wisdom and reflection. That is why he published the 'Changing' series in order to change himself, people, business, education, region and culture innovatively. His recent book 'The Law, Five Absolute Laws That Control Human Relations' reveals the laws that control human relations based on his direct and indirect experiences and the knowledge of all ages and countries.

"The book delivers the methods of leading an amicable life through five absolute laws. If you apply them to your life, you will know how to lead a better life." Kim, as a scientist, combined his various consulting experiences and successful cases and wrote the book like an essay. The first law is 'The Law of Conservation of Passion'. Giving up, resignation and ignorance of others spark a ripple effect on yourself like Entropy or the Law of Conservation of Energy of the Universe. Nothing happens by an accident. Good human relations will bud when time comes. The second law is 'The Law of Power'. Like the Law of Gravity and the Law of Acceleration, there is invisible force in human relations which will decide wealth, fame, agreeable and disagreeable.

The story of emotional marketing and sincere confession from a renowned lecturer makes audience to meet the 'true human marketing' with which the more you consume it the higher the value it grows. The Law of Give and Take, which everybody knows but cannot define, can be applied to the Law of Action and Reaction of the universe. Hitler, who was abused by the Jews, committed an act of brutality in Auschwitz, the Zionists raided Gaza Strip, and the anti-Semitism of IS is becoming a threat to the world peace. On the other hand, the ties between Churchill and Fleming brought to developing antibiotics. Like the saying "Favor and grudge pay back double", trivial words and actions can arouse global physical phenomenons.

The fourth law is 'The Law of Habit' which responses to the Law of Inertia, and it emphasizes on great power of good habit and bad habit. Kim advises how to break out of a vicious circle but to enrich our lives with good habit. The last law is 'The Law of Greatness'. Like the Law of Life of the universe, if you put love and coexistence into practice. you can create bigger love and compassion. Kim suggests the ways to be one with the universe so that human can rule the history and society in harmony. As a management consultant, Kim wants to carry out both writing and lecturing through his company C&L Group (provisional name) which he hopes it to be a modern philosophy group. More is expected from Kim who suggests the wisdom that combined classics with modern, humanity with science, as the secret of success.
