Kwak's career simply became a legend. Allianz became her destiny when she studied in the US and bought an insurance from the company. She worked as a music teacher when he came back to Korea but eventually joined Allianz in 2005. She often worked from dawn to 2 am and made herself busy to respond promptly to the request of her clients and within eight years she was awarded the honorary director of the board and became a legend. Kwak tried hard to break the prejudice about insurance salesman and believed that building trust through communication was most important. Back then, people regarded insurance a thing which becomes helpful when one dies and salesman was a trivial job. Kwak tried to change these wrong ideas by providing professional knowledge and information so that she could maintain the trust relationship with her clients. She said "only 10 out of 100 people are positive about insurance. But once they received the benefit of it most of them became positive. I always try to think in my clients' point of view based on trust and diligence and that is why my clients depend on me."

It has been nine years since Kwak first started to work for Allianz. Managing the existing clients is as important as inviting new clients. Kwak rather regards her clients as partners and trys to be the first one who is there when they are in need. She said that it has now become a routine that her clients get benefits from insurance on daily basis.

Kwak predicted that the value of insurance will be more important than ever in the future. Despite the current atmosphere that we are expected to live up to 100, the retirement age around 60 has not much changed which can mean that the national pension cannot cover the cost of living afterwards. Kwak said "compared to US where one person buy $100,000 worth insurance products in general, the Jews buy $1m worth each. There's saying that the Jews believe in 'diamond' when living and 'insurance' when passed away. Their economical influence in the US is enormous and if we know why, our offspring's starting point can be different also. One of the advantages of life insurance is that it functions as 'means of investment'. It enables you to make several hundreds of thousands beforehand with a little premium, it insures family's financial safety, it is transferable to the children and it can be a tool for reducing tax." Everybody concerns about life after retirement. Those who do not have any business plan or place to work will remain as retirees. Spending the rest of one's life without any income is dreadful. Kwak said that she wants to meet more people and build know-how so that she can write a book about retirement plan for people. She keeps reminding herself of being the best partner for her clients. Meanwhile, Kwak is running her own antique shop 'Les Amis(friend)'. She is interested in collecting antiques and the shop became her healing space. She also likes painting and she exhibits her works in the shop and share her space with her clients for communication.
