The concentration of population in the capital area is not something that started just recently. While economy, politics and culture are centered around the capital, provincial cities have been ignored. Despite the government's National Development Plan in 1972, the population ratio around the capital kept increasing. But the investment in real estate needs a minute analysis considering the fact that the rent and investment cost in a new city is relatively very high and the competition is fierce.
