With its economic growth, S. Korea has now become one of the powerful countries. As a result, more people are looking for healthier and tasty food. But it is not easy to find a right restaurant which can satisfy the people. However, there is a restaurant which is the talk of the town: Seohyeon Hanyang King Pig's Feet & Sogong-dong Earthen Bowl located in Seohyeon-dong. Many TV channels and the press chose the restaurant as one of the best. The CEO Wonhee Lee developed unique menus by herself and she manages the restaurant with her philosophy: Customer's dining table is my dining table.

The secret of consistent taste is equal to the owner's mind.
Lee is a veteran who has various experiences in the food industry. She once ran a 3,000 square meter Korean house style restaurant which sold fish stew, catfish, eel and chicken soup. Then she opened the current restaurant three years ago and started to provide different menus for lunch and dinner. The restaurant is an archaic Korean style building and selling various food with some specialty. The main menus are Sogong-dong Earthen Bowl, grill and Hutkae Pig's Feet which she introduced for the first time in Korea. The pig's feet is made of 100% Korean pig's feet, natural ingredients and the skin of hovenia dulcis fruit. It is boiled everyday and its color and taste instantly attract people. That is why it has a nickname as a narcotic pig's feet. Interestingly, Lee sells it no more than 50 in a day. If you want to taste it you should get there earlier. Meanwhile, the grill here provides another pleasure. Pork grill, squid grill, small octopus grill or mix-it-all grill with its delicate scent and spicy taste catch the people's appetite. Other menus include boiled pork, buckwheat noodles, raw octopus, pig's fee & king octopus mix, and soft tofu earthen bowl. Lee said "I make the food like I make it for myself based on the true ingredients. It is important to use fresh and quality ingredients but even more so is the cook's sincerity and conscience."

Lee is also running another restaurant Wangbiga. It is a 450 square meter restaurant. But Lee has a plan to run small size restaurants called Lee's Kitchen from next year. The franchise will only deal with Hutkae pig's feet and grill on a 60 square meter space. It is specifically designed for retirees who want to start a business. Lee said "every start-up can learn the menu in a month as I simplify the recipe and the cooking process so that they can start the business without difficulty." Lee has an ambition to conquer the people's appetite through Lee's Kitchen. The birth of a new concept franchise in Korea will surely cause a sensation in the food industry.
