중장년 전문인력 고용으로 시너지 극대화
MDP 임직원의 평균연령은 40대 중후반의 중장년으로 구성되어 있는데 이는 서우경 대표가 중년층의 고용 확대를 위해 선택한 시스템이고 대부분 경력단절의 가정주부와 정년퇴직한 직원들로 구성 되어 있다. 서 대표는 “그분들의 사회적 연륜과 일하고자 하는 열정을 회사업무에 적절히 배치하였으며 그 효과는 놀라웠다, 실제로 50대 초반의 매니져는 연봉이 4500만원에 육박하는데 이는 회사와 본인의 이해와 공감이 맞았기에 가능했다”며 “향후에도 지속적으로 전문 노하우를 찾아 중장년층들에게 희망적 메시지를 줄 것”이라고 전했다.
병원, 센터 등 전국적인 진출 도모
현재 국내시장에서는 LAPEX Cutin Laser로 판매되고 있으며, 향후 전망에 대해 서우경 대표는 “2015년에는 전국적으로 병원과 보건소 및 헬스센터 등지에서 Lapex와 DPA의 기술력을 만날 수 있도록 최선을 다하고 있다”고 전했다. Lapex는 시술 동안 아무런 고통이 없으며 식이요법과 적당한 운동을 병행하면 최상의 결과를 얻을 수 있고 몸에 직접 부착하는 방식은 이미 세계적인 특허를 보유하고 있다. 또한 서우경 대표는 “DPA의 기술력을 B2B와 더불어 B2C로 확대해 대중적인 이미지를 구축한다면 국민들의 건강을 지키는데 큰 역할을 할 것”이라고 강조했다.

MDP CEO Woogyeong Seo took over the Meridian's international rights and is introducing surprising effect of Lapex and DPA to enter the Korean market. He opened a Lapex center in Ilsan and is attracting a lot of attention by proving its technology and effect. Lapex and DPA are already recognized in the US and 500,000 people in the world have used and experienced its effect. Lapex is approved by US FDA, CEMDD, and Health Canada. It uses Low Level(635-680mm) and Laser Diode, which is made without destroying the fat cell, to provide safety and effect at the same time. The procedure takes 20 minutes, 2 or 3 times a week for a month. It hydrolyzes the fat cell which is delivered to blood vessels and lymph system to be used as energy. These approved products are known as foreign brands but actually they are the Korean company Meridian's. They are currently working with MDP to enter and expand the Korean market and trying to open branches in large fitness centers in Korea and North America. The Korean government appointed DPA as a first-class merchandise and it obtained the world's major certifications such as FDA and Health Canada.
Maximizing the synergy by recruiting middle-aged professional manpower.
The average age of MDP is mid forty, the system which Seo chose for expanding employment, but most staff consist of housewives and retirees. He said "I used their experience and passion in the business and its effect was amazing. One manager in his early fifty earns $45,000 yearly and this was the result that the understanding between him and us fits together. We will keep recruiting middle-aged people who have special know-how.”
Planning a nationwide business in hospitals and centers.
Currently in the domestic market, it is being sold as LAPEX Cutin Laser. Seo said "we are doing our best so that people can benefit from the technology of Lapex and DPA in hospitals and health centers from 2015." Lapex is a pain-free treatment and it is more effective when having it with dietary cure and appropriate exercise and its body-adherence method is patented. Seo emphasized "if DPA technology is expanded to B2B and B2C to create a public image, it will play a bigger role to keep the national health."
