강원도는 2018년 평창 동계올림픽 개최를 앞두고 한창 지역개발 사업을 추진 중에 있다. 대표적으로 원주·강릉 간 복선전철 개통, 여주·원주 간 복선전철 연결, 춘천·속초 간 동서고속화철도 등이 있다. 강원도에서는 이러한 지역개발이 단지 평창올림픽만을 위한 것이 아니라 교통망 구축을 통해 향후 그 효과가 동해 경제자유구역으로 지정된 동해안 일대까지 미칠 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다. ‘24시간이면 배우는 부동산법원경매’의 저자로 유명한 이균호 소장은 강원도 강릉에서 부동산연구소를 운영하고 있다. 이 소장은 법학과 졸업 후 다양한 곳에서 경매 강사로 근무했으며 부동산학 석사학위와 지역개발학 박사학위를 보유한 부동산 전문가다. 그의 다양한 공로를 인정받아 올해 제6회 대한민국 사회공헌 대상 ‘올해를 빛낸 자랑스런 일꾼상’을 수상하기도 했다. 그의 대한법률부동산연구소는 2013년 8월 설립 후, 부동산 소유 및 거래의 능률화?시스템화를 연구하고 상담서비스를 제공하고 있는 부동산 종합 전문컨설팅 연구소다. 대한법률부동산연구소는 강원도 강릉에 본사를 두고 있고 현재 원주, 속초, 동해, 경기 의정부, 분당, 용인에 각각 지사를 운영하고 있다. 지역 부동산 경제 활성화에 투신하고 있는 이 대표는 지역민을 대상으로 경매기초반 무료 강습, 전국 경매물건 정보 무료 제공, 기초생활수급자에게 무료 중개 등의 활동을 하며 사회 환원 활동 역시 이어가고 있다.

연구소의 업무 분야는 크게 네 부분으로 나뉜다. 부동산에 대한 전문적인 연구와 컨설팅을 제공하는 부동산컨설팅 연구소, 부동산 관련 교육을 제공하는 대한법률부동산학원, 공인중개 서비스를 제공하는 대한공인중개사사무소, 은퇴자 및 은퇴 예정자를 대상으로 자산관리 서비스를 제공하는 대한은퇴자자산관리정보협회 등이 있다. 이 가운데 부동산 관련 교육기관인 대한법률부동산학원이 눈길을 모은다. 이 대표는 부동산 시장이 활기를 찾기 위해서는 양질의 서비스가 담보되어야 한다고 보았고 우선적으로 부동산 전문가를 양성하기 위해 기관을 설립하였다. 이 학원은 경매기초반, 경매실무반, 경매연구반, 부동산 입문반, 부동산 풍수지리, 부동산 개발, 부동산 통계 등 다양한 커리큘럼이 존재한다. 일종의 부동산종합학원인 셈이다. 이 대표는 이곳에서 대한법률부동산연구소 직원들의 교육을 시행함과 동시에, 경매에 관심이 있는 일반인들을 전문가로 키워내기 위한 과정을 진행하고 있다.

다양한 컨설팅 서비스를 통해 부동산 시장에 기여할 것

이 대표는 이외에도 다양한 계획을 실천에 옮기기 위해 많은 노력을 다하고 있다. 공인중개사체인본부를 설립해 지역별 공인중개를 체인화할 계획을 갖고 있으며, 은퇴자자산관리협회를 통해 100세 시대에 더욱 주목받고 있는‘은퇴 이후의 삶’에 대해 스스로 준비하고 관리해나갈 수 있는 길을 열어주기 위한 자산관리 교육 및 컨설팅 서비스도 더욱 확대해 나갈 계획이다. 이 대표는 향후 강원도는 물론 수도권의 전반적인 부동산 지식을 공유할 계획이며, 이를 통해 강원도는 물론 대한민국 부동산의 발전과 성장에 기여하고자 한다. 침체되어 있는 한국 부동산 시장에 활기를 불어넣기 위해 한 곳에 머무르지 않고 다양한 연구 분야로 뛰어드는 이 대표의 이와 같은 노력은 곧 빛을 발하게 될 것이다.

Currently, Gangwon province is working on regional development project for Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympics. The project includes opening a double track railway between Wonju and Gangneung, linking the double track railway between Yeoju and Wonju, and a high-speed railway between Chuncheon and Sokcho. This regional development is not only for the Olympics but for East Sea Free Economic Zone. Kyunho Lee is running Korean Legal Real Estate Institute in Gangneung and wrote a famous book 'Learning Real Estate Court Auction in 24 Hours'. After majoring in law, Lee worked as an auction lecturer in various places and obtained a master's degree in real estate and a PhD in regional development. He was awarded 'Proud Worker Who Shined The Year' from Korea Social Contribution Award for his contribution. Korean Legal Real Estate Institute was established in August 2013 and has been researching for efficiency and systematization of real estate possession and trade, and providing consulting services. The institute is headquartered in Gangneung and has branches in Wonju, Sokcho, Donghae, Uijeongbu, Bundang, and Yongin. Lee is devoting himself to activating regional real estate economy and is providing a free lecture on beginner's auction, free information on national auction items, and a free brokerage for the beneficiaries of national basic livelihood.

Building real estate institute for quality service education

The institute has four departments in large. Real Estate Consulting Research Center to carry our research and consulting, Korea Legal Real Estate Institute to provide related education, Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent to provide brokerage, and Korea Asset Management Information Association for Retirees. Among these, Korea Legal Real Estate Institute gets most attention. Lee thought that quality services must be secured for the real estate market to revive, and that is why he established the institute first to promote the specialists. The curriculum provides various courses including Beginner's Auction, Practical Auction, Auction Research, Beginner's Real Estate, Real Estate Topography, Real Estate Development, and Real Estate Statistics. Namely, it is a real estate total institute. Lee also teaches and trains his staff here.

Contributing to the real estate market through various consulting services

Lee has plans to establish a Licensed Real Estate Agent Chain Headquarters to give chain services through the local licensed real estate agents, and to expand asset management education and consulting services for retirees as more people live longer nowadays. Lee also plans to share his real estate information around Gangwon province and the capital area so that he can contribute to the development of Korean real estate. Lee will make things hum in the current slumped real estate market in Korea.
