레저와 관광 산업의 새로운 시도,

소형항공 산업이 대한민국 창조경제 기틀 마련할 것

외국인이 바라보는 대한민국 관광의 현주소는 어떤 모습일까? 생에 한번 대한민국을 찾는 관광객이라면 설렘에 취하겠지만 여러 번 한국을 방문한 사람들에겐 지겨움을 주는 루트의 관광 코스가 보편화 돼 있다. 

3년 전, 대한민국의 관광시스템을 획기적으로 바꿔보고자 소형항공 사업을 시작한 최인규 대표는 국내 관광시스템의 문제점을 파악하고, 좀 더 다변화할 수 있는 방법을 고민하다가 지금이 블루에어를 시작했다. 

PART.1

대한항공이 민간 항공사 면허를 취득한 이래로 11번째, 서울지방항공청에서 민간항공사 면허를 취득한 블루에어는 50인승 이하의 항공기를 이용해 국내선과 국제선 및 부정기편의 운항을 시작했다. 

처음 최인규 대표가 도전을 시작한 곳은 국내 남도 전역이다. 여수 박람회 개최에 발맞춰 포항-여수 간 기업 비즈니스 셔틀에어의 취항을 시작으로 향일암 일출, 거문도, 백도, 거금대교 등 남해안, 홍도, 흑산도 등 서남해안 다도해 스카이투어를 통해 사업의 성공적 시작을 알리게 된다. 이 후 제주의 스카이 투어를 진행, 체험해본 사람 모두가 엄지손가락을 치켜들고 내릴 정도의 환희와 기쁨을 선사했다.  

작년 10월부터는 한강공원 잠실헬기장을 베이스로 헬기를 이용한 스카이 투어를 진행했는데, 이 상품은 미국 로빈슨사의 R-44를 이용해 잠실 헬기장을 기점으로 광나루 코스, 남이섬 코스, 여의도 코스 등등의 다양한 코스를 만들어 고객 니즈에 맞추는 스카이 투어에 집중했다.

그가 만들어 낸 지금의 결과물은 15년 전으로 거슬러 올라간다. 선진국 여행 시 보편화 된 스카이 투어 상품을 보고 국내 관광시장의 변화와 발전을 위해선 누군가 시도해야 할 사업이라고 생각한 것이 지금 블루에어의 태생과 연결이 된다. 

“선진국에서는 부유층을 상대로 스카이투어 상품이 각광을 받고 있는데, 국내 저가 관광상품으로는 외국 관광객을 만족시키지 못할 것이라는 판단과 앞으로는 국내 관광산업이 고부가가치 산업으로 발전하기 위해 꼭 필요한 사업이라고 판단했다”고 그는 전했다. 

또, IT산업과 자동차 산업으로 대한민국이 먹고 살았지만 앞으로는 우주항공분야가 대한민국을 이끌어갈 차세대 유망산업이라는 판단도 지금의 사업을 추진하게 된 계기라고 한다.

더욱이 청소년들이 자신을 보고 꿈을 키워 대한민국 관광 산업의 진일보한 발전에 기여할 수 있는 기틀을 마련하기 위함이라는 뜻을 전하기도 했다.

현재 그는 가격 경쟁력과 안정성에도 만전을 기하고 있다. 선진국에 비해 저렴한 비용과 최고급 헬기를 이용한 안전한 운행으로 고객들의 만족도를 높이는데 주력했다. 또한 3000시간 이상의 조종 시간을 보유한 베테랑 조종사를 영입했고, 승객 1인당 2억 5,000만원의 보험을 가입하기도 했다. 

서울시와 긴밀히 협조해 스카이 투어를 우수관광상품으로 자리매김하기 위한 노력에도 소홀하지 않다. 1년 전부터 서울시 관광정책과의 도움을 받아 내국인들의 이용을 촉진하고 있으며, 적극적인 마케팅을 통해 서울을 관광도시로 만드는데 전력투구 하고 있다. 

또한, 50인 이하 소형항공 산업의 발전을 위해 중소기업 고유업종 지정을 촉구하는 활동에도 여념이 없으며, 정부나 지자체의 투자를 통해 항공산업 인프라 확충에도 노력하고 있다. 

이는 국내 관광산업의 부흥과 직결되며, 항공산업의 발전은 곧 국내 일자리창출 및 국가경쟁력 강화에도 영향을 끼치기 때문에 관심과 지원이 절실하다고 밝혔다. 

PART.4

앞으로 최 대표는 평창, 부산, 제주, 강원, 울릉도, 흑산도, 거제도 등 지역별 소형항공 거점을 개발해 스카이 투어의 폭을 넓히고 하늘에서 바라보는 대한민국의 아름다움을 많은 사람들에게 알리겠다는 포부를 전했다. 

또, 현재 미군에서 이용하고 있는 평택의 공항 2곳을 민간인도 이용할 수 있도록 해 경기도민은 물론 국민들에게 평택의 하늘을 열겠다는 뜻을 밝히기도 했다. 

더불어 소형항공산업이 21세기 대한민국의 중추 산업이 될 수 있도록 오지를 개척하는 마음으로 다부지게 사업을 추진해 나가겠다고 강조했다.

  What would today in the tourism of the Republic of Korea's present condition  look like? If the tourist visits Korea once in a lifetime he will be intoxicated with the romance and excitement, but to people who visits  Korea several times, there is the generalized route of tourism courses that gives them the tedium. Three years ago, CEO Choi In-kyu who wanted to change the system dramatically of the tourism of the Republic of Korea, and started a small aviation business, identified the problems of the domestic tourism system, contemplating how to further diversify, has now started the very Blue Air. 

PART.1

  It has been the 11th license since Korean Air acquired a private airline license that  Blue Air acquired a private airline license in Seoul Regional Aviation Administration With less than 50 passenger aircraft and started the domestic and international  unscheduled flights convenience. The place where he started first the challenge is the southern province throughout the country. In response to Yeosu Expo, starting with flying Airport Shuttle corporate business between Yeosu - Pohang.  Through the sky tour of Hyangilam sunrise, Geomundo, Baekdo, Geogeum Bridge, the south coast of Hongdo, Heuksando, and the west south coast of Dadohae sky tour he announced the successful start of the project. After that, he proceeded Jeju Sky Tour and gave the variety of ecstasy and joy to all who have ever experienced enough to lift thumbs. Since October last year, on the base of Hangang Park Jamsil heliport he proceeded with the Sky Tour using a helicopter, this item using Robinson R-44's of the United States, created a variety of courses such as Namiseom course and Yeouido course he focused on sky tour matching customer's needs.

PART.2

  The result now he's created dates back to 15 years ago. When traveling Developed countries,  seeing the common Sky Tour, for the change and development domestic tourism market, he thought it was the business Someone would have to try, which is connected to the birth of blue air now. Sky Tour has been highlighted for the wealthy in developed countries, with the ow-cost domestic tourism we can't meet the foreign tourists. which he judged and he determined that the project was necessary in order to develop domestic tourism industry of high value in the future. In addition, with the IT industry and the automotive industry ROK has lived on, but  the future aerospace is the very next generation of promising industries and it was  the instrument to carry out the business now. Moreover, young people following him nourish dreams to contribute to the further development of the tourism of the Republic of Korea, he has also paved the way to convey the his meaning.

PART.3

  He is making a full preparation for price competitiveness and the stability. Low cost Compared to developed countries and with the use of the finest helicopter and safe operation he was focused on increasing the satisfaction of customers. He hired a veteran pilot with more than 3000 hours of flight, He also joined an insurance of  2.5 billion won per passenger. With the close cooperation with Seoul City, he doesn't neglect to try to make Sky Tour into a good tourism products. 1 year ago With the help of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Tourism Policy to promote the use of domestic people, through aggressive marketing he has been putting the best and all of his efforts in making Seoul into a tourist city. Further, for the development of more than 50 people's small aviation and he has been very busy in 

urged to specify unique job of Small Business. Through the investment of government and local government he has been committed to expanding infrastructure of the aviation industry. It is directly connected with the revival of domestic tourism, and the development of the aviation industry influences and  enhances national competitiveness then the interest and support is desperately needed.

PART.4

  He revealed his aspirations that he would develop a regional compact air base such as in Pyeongchang, Busan, Jeju, Gangwon, Ulleungdo, Heuksando, Geojedo etc and widen the Sky Tour he would notify the beauty of the Republic of Korea to many people. 2 Pyeongtaek airports now being used at the current USFK would be available to civilians. He'll open the sky of Pyeongtaek for Gyeonggi-do people as well as Korean people, which he revealed. In addition, Small aviation industry would be the backbone industry of the Republic of Korea 21st century, he would strongly promote the business the with mind of pioneer, he emphasized.
