Ceaseless efforts has made what I am and have to escape absolute poverty  

  CEO Park Jindeok of Jinseong F&B Inc is the young CEO less than 50 years old. The free was flowing on his face and smile, but he is a typical late bloomer as a self-made CEO and overcame a lot of trial and suffering when he was young. His trials stated when he was born. He was not free from hunger and childhood learning and such trials made the young representatives make a quick decision to his life. When he became youth, representative Park chose what he had to do and he pledged to do his best through the areas others didn't walk on not through  the study. When he was 17, he immediately started to Seoul, and began to work related to food, manufacturing industry. When he was 23, he started to work in making Sundae others are reluctant to, due to the tough smell and hard work. A few years later he finally at the age 32, established 'Bu Gwang Food' as CEO of the Company. With his weary body he was delivering Sundae, suffered several traffic accidents, but by good luck he had only light scratches, had not greatly injured.  He, with his bleeding efforts, increased gradually his company. After changing his firm's name to 'Jin Seong Food', represented a significant distinction in the industry. 

Given the attention from the market, the company started suddenly increases in size, at that time, a significant increase from the 70 pyeong to 1000 pyeongt so the Factory Land was too large. So the company's in danger of going bankrupt from lack of funds if he didn't make a deal with a new customer. He at that time had to deal with the large Tteokbokyi trading company, but he was even able to meet the normal route. He had continued to struggle, and he was in contact with the friendship of a factory on sweet pickled radishes. He visited the company and met the person in charge of and showed him his hands asked the compant to deal with him with trust. There is always a way out, so after one month  the company had accepted the deal, a large franchise company, beyond the break-even point, while  delivering a lot of quantity, and the firm had grown sharply. Focus on the production of 11 kinds of particular Sundae

  CEO Park having had a difficult times thinks of employees as important, makes an effort for the welfare, and is running the firm of giving priority to person.
