At the early days of business representative Lee was confident of the management, but due to the overall lack of understanding about cooking and coffee he could neither control technicians nor develop the menu of the quality which he wanted, which fact frustrated him. So despite a busy schedule he studied Barista course and attended the cooking school, burning her passion. "Once a three days I had a meeting with staff in charge of food and developed the menu. I was living as a food researcher at night, as a Barista at daytime, so I had no days to have a rest.
