What make the result is people, a management centering of people makes a happy system


It is very important to make a status of ¡®I¡¯m OK¡¯ that is feeling good or not hurt by oneself. If I am not ok, nothing good can come out. However, unexpectedly, there are many organizational culture and talented people. Preceding the class with questioning doctors, but our brains don¡¯t distinguish the subject well and are affected by a message after the subject a lot more. When people say something negative, then, the person who says that to the other person, but actually, that negative message influences the person in some ways. Likewise, compliments are for other people but the message of it influences me directly. So, even though the classes are on the process, the first person to be affected by that compliments is for me for company or for customer, therefore, it is emphasizing the activity for making my feelings alright. If my mind is not like that, every behavior for getting scores is squeezing oneself so hard. If so, people regret it doing like that much quickly. If I am not alright, there is no sustainability of results and a good relationship. But, when I think consideration is for me and when I think it would help me the starting point is changed a bit, power of execution is getting high.


Music artist who majored in voice, being into the life-long education looking for ¡®Me¡¯

Studying for voice in the university and later, she studied for a music treatment. She studied for the life-long education for the master and the pedagogy for the doctorial (HRD in details). CEO of Nadaumedu Company, Baek, Jeong-Sun spent so much time in studying those and started her business in 2009 from a question for herself. She implemented the company out of thoughts of who I am by people and by circumstance and I cannot know me all my life. It was same to think of ¡®It doesn¡¯t seem so. I am doing this because of that is my job¡¯ with CEO Baek, Jeong-Sun by a question, ¡®Am I happy when I work?¡¯


The activity of ¡®Finding out Nadaum¡¯ that started from a curiosity of ¡®what if I live until 60~70 age in a state when I am not happy to work for all my life?¡¯ currently set up a unique educational sector like proceeding a lot of education in Korean Yakult Co. Ltd, POSCO, Choongbook Lifelong Education Public Servant Education, Ministry of Employment and Labor, Hwasung City, Suwon City, Busan Bank, Samsung Card, Gwangjoo fire fighting school, Seoul Training Institute, Seoul Women¡¯s University, Korea Health and Welfare Training Institute, Kon-Kuk University Future Knowledge Educational School, Myeongji University, Hankuk University for Foreign Studies and Jangan University etc.


Before her company, ¡®Nadaum Company¡¯, she used to work at department of neuropsychiatry for Kon-Kuk University Hospital. At that time, she met many patients who were struggling with depressions and found out they didn¡¯t laugh when they wanted to, they didn¡¯t cry when they wanted to, they didn¡¯t get angry when they wanted to. They came out of a low effectiveness feeling of social interaction and an impotent feeling emotionally learned. As for CEO Baek, Jeong-Sun, she was raised in a happy and beloved family and her happiness of emotional delivery was herbal tonics. She kept learning after that and when she started lecturing it looked like ridiculous but she trained small social interaction with sharing the process that made her happy with plenty of trainees all over the nation from all social standings.
