또한 국내 최고의 건축 설계팀과 (주)옥토끼이미징 콘텐츠 개발팀과의 업무협약을 통해 기본계획을 수립하는 등 국내 전시업계 뿐만 아니라 세계시장을 선점할 수 있는 토대를 마련하는데 크게 일조했다. 

안 사장은 향후 (주)옥토끼이미징은 프랜차이즈사업에 참여하여 중국내 법인 설립과 투자 등을 목표로 정진할 계획이라며, 프랜차이즈 사업을 기업의 전략사업으로 발전시켜나가겠다는 포부를 밝혔다. 강화옥토끼우주센터를 통한 프랜차이즈 경영 노하우를 접목하여 중국내 3,000여 체인점을 계획하고 있는 (주)옥토끼이미징은 앞으로 갈 길은 멀지만 중국내 좋은 사업 파트너들과 함께 좋은 결과를 보여줄 수 있을 것이라 기대를 모으고 있다. 

안연회 사장은 현실에 안주하지 않는 진취적인 인물로서 오는 6월, 디자인 학계와 전문가를 초청한 출판기념회를 시작으로 국내최초 테마파크관련 도서 출판을 앞두고 있다. 이번 출판물을 통해 이론과 현장 경험을 토대로 한 국내 첫 테마파크 서적으로서의 가치를 알릴 예정이며, 책에는 테마파크 33가지라는 주제로 테마파크 부지선정부터 운영관리에 이르기까지의 전반적인 분야를 다루고 있어서 학계와 디자인분야의 학생들, 사업계획을 앞둔 전문성 갖춘 기업에게 다양한 정보를 제공하고 도움을 줄 수 있는 지침서와도 같은 역할을 해낼 것으로 기대를 모으고 있다.

‘OKTOKKI IMAGINEERING’ that has been working for designing and managing from the beginning to the end over exhibition industry, producing exhibition modeling, science museum, museum, planning theme park and event promotion and showed their excellence. They had an introduction ceremony with the president Jianhua Zhang of Culture Store Association for a contract agreement of museum, hotel along with cooperative development of exhibition contents of Chinises exhibiton video companies in Sichuan on 20^th May, 2014. For that agreement, CEO An, Yuen-whoi took a big part to make that happened and confirmed the possibility as a global company with having a promise to real states construction companies in China for building up hotels and museums. Also, contents development team of ‘OKTOKKI IMAGINEERING’ Corporation made a MOU with the best Korean construction design company and did something big to make a base to have the global market in advance by making a fundamental plan. CEO An of ‘OKTOKKI IMAGINEERING’ has plan to go forward implementing corporation establishment and investment as a goal in China with taking a part of franchising business from now on and talked about developing the franchising project as a strategic business. ‘OKTOKKI IMAGINEERING’ planning to have about 3,000 franchises in China by combining their franchising know-how throughout the Ganghwa Oktokki Space Center is expecting to be able to show a great result with good companies in China, even though that is far to go. 

CEO An, Yuen-whoi as a ambitious person who doesn’t stay in real is having a book publishing ceremony and the book is about the theme park. People in the design industry and experts in the field would be invited to the party in June and this kind of book publishing is the first time in Korea. From this book publishing, it is supposed to let people know the value of the first theme part book based on the theory and hands-on experience. In the book, there are 33 subjects of theme park and each part is talking about all areas in the field, so that academic people, students who are studying for design and companies that are ready to kick off own business could get lots of information. In another word, the book will be a direction for them.
