‘세컨드하우스’ 열풍이 곧 벽난로시장 활성화 가져와

최근 단독주택이나 타운 하우스의 선호도가 높아지면서 거실 안에 특별한 인테리어를 하려는 욕구가 강해지고 있고, 주 5일제 정착으로 주말에 펜션이나 별장을 찾는 ‘세컨드하우스’ 

열풍이 불고 있다. 과거에는 최상류층만이 가능했던 일들이 소득의 증가와 삶의 질이 향상됨에 따라 점차 대중화되고 있는 추세다. 벽난로역시 과거 2000년대 초반과 달리 대중화 되고 있는 추세지만 정 대표는 아직도 벽난로 시장은 활성화 단계라고 부르기엔 이르다고 했다. 정 대표는 “지붕이 높은 주택일수록 도심의 아파트나 빌라와 비해 실내온도를 올리기에 들어가는 석유나 가스의 연료비용이 몇배로 들어가기 때문에 인테리어 측면뿐만 아니라 연료효율성을 위해서도 벽난로는 꼭 필요하다.”고 했다. 현실적으로 벽난로를 처음 설치할 때 들어가는 비용은 계산해보면 주택에서 1~2년 사용한 연료비를 통해 환원되며 시간이 흐를수록 연료비를 오히려 벌게 된다. 마지막으로 웅진 벽난로를 사용한 고객들이 최대한 오랜 시간동안 고장 없이 사용하기 위해서 정 대표는 ‘제품이 곧 회사의 이미지다’라는 신념으로 최상의 제품을 만들고 설치시에도 서비스마인드를 잃지 않는다고 했다.

CEO Jeong, Jong-Sung of Woongjin Fireplace Incorporation was captured by the flame a long time ago and has been doing the business for 15 years so far. Recently, his company attracted the attention in the field, so Power Korea met CEO Jeong to listen to his story. 

Reducing the cost of fuel up to the maximum over 70%, ‘For both fireplace and boiler’ 

Fireplace and boiler in one by ‘Woongjin Fireplace’ can solve the interior inside of the house and the heating issue at once and the company is producing that mainly. Also, they don’t do any particular marketing. It is all about going viral. It is like a customer who bought the fireplace introduced another customer and it happens quite a lot. ‘Second house’ trend brought a popularity of the fireplace market 

Recently, people are really into having a second house like a detached house or a town house and naturally, they intend to have a special interior inside of that house. Also, due to settling down by a 5 day work system, many people are looking for a second house as a pension or a villa for the weekend as a trend. He said, “It is really necessary to have a fireplace not only for the interior but also the energy efficiency, because the cost of oil or gas like fuels is extremely expensive to raise the indoor temperature as the place has higher roof compared to apartments and villas in a city.” 

For real, the cost of installing a fireplace can be refunded the cost of fuel in one or two years when using in a detached house and it is more saving as the time goes by. Lastly, CEO Jeong explained that they don’t lose their service mind when installing the product in anywhere since he has a philosophy, “Product is the image of the company’.
