Paradigm change from personal management of the card and human network to systematic management of an organization 


President Song says that a promising organization comes from a human network management system. Each of personnel should build their own data and use it positively within the organization. If the data stays for a worker¡¯s personal use, it will cut off the worker continuity for each department causing inconvenience of having to look for the work process from the start. Thus, HRMS, Korea Recognition Technology¡¯s human network management system, has been focused on promptness, accuracy, sharing and security. Responds to diverse systems with a thoroughly localized strategy
