경기도, 「더불어 함께하는 문화나눔」 협약체결

경기도는 4월15일 의정부 예술의 전당에서 김희겸 경기도 행정2부지사와 엄기영 경기문화재단 대표이사, 양차순 양주출입국관리사무소 소장, 박형식 (재)의정부 예술의전당 대표이사가 참석한 가운데「사회취약시설 문화나눔」협약을 체결했다. 「더불어 함께하는 문화나눔」사업은 문화예술에 대한 관심이 커지고, 누구나 문화예술을 향유하고 참여함으로써 삶의 질을 향상시킬 권리가 있다는 사회적 인식이 높아짐에 따라, 소외계층 복지시설과 북부지역 외국인 거주자에게 문화관람 기회를 정례적으로 제공하여 문화 정서적으로 마음의 위로와 안정을 줌으로써 삶의 질 향상을 도모하고자 마련된 사업으로, 양질의 우수한 공연관람을 년 8회 이상을 목표로 협약체결 4기관이 상호 협력하기로 하였다. 경기도는 사회복지시설 현황자료 제공 및 기타 총괄지원, 경기문화재단은 맞춤형 기획사업 개발, 프로그램 및 관람 편의지원(버스, 간식 등)을 하고, 양주출입국 관리사무소는 결혼이민자, 외국인 근로자 등 소외자 문화나눔 기회부여를 (재)의정부 예술의전당은 문화나눔 대상 일부 안배, 시설 이용서비스 등을 제공한다. 협약 체결 후 사회복지시설 거주자 및 외국인 거주자와 함께 “장일범과 함께하는 맛있는 음악회”를 함께 하였으며, 김희겸 경기도 행정2부지사는 “앞으로도 일상에서 문화예술을 향유하기 어려운 사회복지시설 거주자에게 문화관람 기회를 제공하여 많은 우리 이웃이 풍요로운 생활의 기쁨을 누릴 수 있도록 내실있게 잘 추진되길 기대한다”고 말했다.

먼 수출길도 거뜬… 경기도 느타리버섯 해외 진출 청신호

경기도농업기술원 임재욱 원장이 해외 수출에 적합한 느타리버섯 2종을 육성해 미국시장 공략에 나섰다. 도 농기원은 지난 4월 10일 미국 LA 무궁프로듀스사(Moo Gung Produce, 대표 Baul Shin)를 통해 느타리버섯 ‘곤지7호’와 ‘흑타리’를 각 1톤씩 시험수출하고 미국 현장 반응을 조사해 수출량을 늘릴 계획이라고 밝혔다. 곤지7호는 4℃ 저온보관 시 35일까지 판매가 가능하고 기존 느타리버섯에 비해 신선도가 5일 이상 유지되는 것이 장점이며, 흑타리버섯은 조직이 부드럽고 갓색이 진해 상품성이 높다. 도 농기원에 따르면 느타리버섯은 해외 시장에 유통될 때 신선도가 오래가지 못하는 것이 약점이었는데, 이번에 개발한 곤지7호는 이를 극복해 해외시장 유통 가능성을 높였다. 도 농기술원은 저온재배, 조기수확, 예냉 등 신선도를 유지하는 ‘장기유통 기술’을 적용해 수출하면 그간 단점으로 지적되던 유통 상 문제점을 해결할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다. 버섯연구소와 공동으로 수출에 동참하고 있는 청아랑영농조합법인 임성혁 대표는 “기존에 수출되는 품종은 버섯 색택이 변질되고 갓의 파손이 심하여 수출시 많은 문제점이 발생했는데, 이번에 버섯연구소에서 개발한 품종과 장기유통기술개발로 인하여 해외시장진출에 많은 성과를 올릴 것으로 기대하고 있다.”고 말했다. 도 농기원 관계자는 “경기도 느타리버섯 생산량은 전국 생산량의 약 38%로 자동화 대규모 병재배 시설을 통해 국내 시장에 안정적으로 공급하고 있다.”며 “장기저장 및 유통 중 신선도가 오래 유지되는 품종 개발하고 장기유통기술을 발전시켜 버섯을 수출 품목으로 육성하는 데 중점을 두고 연구하겠다.”고 말했다. 

Gyeonggi-do made an agreement, 「Culture Share Together」

Gyeonggi-do made an agreement of 「Culture Share for Socially Disadvantaged Facilities」 at Uijeongbu Art Center on 15^th April while there were the vice governor of the second administration of Gyeonggi-do, Kim, Hee-Gyeom, CEO of Gyeonggi Culture Foundation, Um, Gi-Young, director of Yangjoo Immigration Office, Yang, Cha-Soon and CEO of Uijeongbu Art Center Foundation Corporation attending. 

「Culture Share Together」 Project is set up for providing a regular chance of appreciating cultural tings for the care center for the neglected class and foreigners in North as the social perception is increasing and people are getting more interested in the culture and art. Also, it is aiming for them to give a hearty care emotionally and some comfort zones. Therefore, they agreed to cooperate among 4 organizations with a goal of showing them over 8 times per year. Gyeonggi-do is going to support every current material for the social welfare facilities they have and other overall back-up, Gyeonggi Culture Foundation is going to do develop customized projects, programs and support some convenience (bus, snack etc) and Yangjoo Immigration Office is going to give chances of culture shares to people who had no chance to enjoy like immigrants from marriage, foreign workers. 

After making that agreement, they had time of ‘Delicious Music Concert with Jang, Il-Beom’ with residents in the social facilities and foreigners and the vice governor of the second administration of Gyeonggi-do, Kim, Hee-Gyeom said, “I expect it will give many more opportunities for people who are staying at the social facilities and hard to enjoy the culture and art in the ordinary life, from now, and our many neighbors can feel a delightful of living. Then, it will be have to be run with an internal stability.” 

Much easier to go forward to the export, 

Oyster mushroom’s green light of going abroad 

Director of Gyeonggi-do Agricultural Research & Extension Services, Im, Jae-Wook started to attack against the states with growing 2 kinds of oyster mushrooms that are suitable for exporting abroad. The provincial Agricultural Research & Extension Services already exported ‘Gonji 7’ and ‘Black oyster’ one ton on each kind throughout Moo Gung Produce in LA (CEO Baul Shin) on 10^th April as a test. From now, they will increase the amount of exporting while researching the local reaction directly. ‘Gonji 7’ can be on the shelf for about 35 days at 4℃ of low temperature and compared to other oyster mushrooms, the freshness can stay over 5 days as a strong point and ‘Black oyster’ is soft in texture and the top of the mushroom is dark, so the marketability is very high. According to the provincial Agricultural Research & Extension Services, oyster mushroom had a weak point of that that cannot keep the freshness long enough, but as for ‘Gonji 7’, it is a new product improved in terms of freshness by fixing the problem so that they enhanced the possibility of an overseas distribution. CEO Im, Sung-Hyeok of the Cheongahrang agricultural association corporation said, “The existing kind of mushrooms that had been exporting was easy to get changed in color and the damage of top of mushroom was a lot so, there were so many problems but, the Mushroom Institute in this time created a new variety. Also, due to a long-term distribution skill development, I expect to see more results on the overseas market promotion.” 

Someone who is related to the provincial Agricultural Research & Extension Services explained, “A yield of oyster mushroom in Gyeonggi-do is about 38% of the whole amount of national production and it has been provided stably in the domestic demand by a way of bottle cultivation. We will study for focusing on growing that as an export product by improving a kind that can stay long and fresh in terms of the long term storage and the long term distribution skill.”
