Starting in 1983 as an instructor at International Accountancy Academy, his teaching career lasted almost 30 years.

We also have able instructors and encourage them to give student-oriented lectures. In addition, we have invested 3 billion won in providing our 2 campuses with up-to-date training equipment and facilities of their own. Our students can review and preview through on-line lectures.

What is your educational philosophy? 

¢º I would like to establish systematic vocational training courses, and foster engineers and technicians who can deal with high-tech industrial society. Our goal is to produce the brains creative and competitive in various fields. To sum up, my ¡°educational philosophy¡± is to produce the brains leading the Information Society, and foster professionals who can stimulate employment and boost productivity.  


Principal Park places a strong emphasis on the feeling of solidarity with students. He believes that students are the future of our country, so taking good care of them is serving the country. That is why he offers personal supports to students of poor families, and pays attention even to their family events. He also treats his school personnel like family members, which helps them work there for a long time. 



What is the ¡°Achievement of Learning Goals by Joint Study¡±? 

¢º I invented the program to promote joint study by students. For example, we assign seats in the classroom according to teachers¡¯ opinions and qualities of individual students. The program was once presented as a model case at the meeting of the heads of vocational training institutes nationwide.

I also instruct students to write a monthly note about their actual learning experience, believing it will help to better understand students¡¯ psychological conditions. This was also presented as a model case at a contest for course development held by Human Resources Development Service of Korea.  


SungSim Vocational School is becoming better and better over years, just as the more the iron is struck, the harder it gets. But Mr. Park never stops, saying he still has a long way to go. His final goal is still out there: founding a technical college to foster professional artisans.
